While on my breaks I go outside and watch the construction being done. Those workers are out in 100 degree weather day after day. They are bending over or picking up heavy items. While some are pouring the concrete others are smoothing it out and making sure it is level. Then there are others that are driving the big machines around everyone and not hitting anybody or anything. All this is being done simultaneously and most of this work is being done with hardly anything being said. They are a working team. I have a lot of respect for the hard work that these guys are doing every day. It’s a job that I could never do. Anyways, I just wanted to share some thoughts from what I have been watching.
